They won't name names, but it's unlikely they're talking about their time in Coldplay's Bakery studio in London.
Guy Berryman, they say, was "very organised" as a producer, dividing his time between The Pierces record and his own.
"And we actually sang on a Coldplay song," says Allison.

American musical duo from Alabama
The Pierces are an American pop rock duo consisting of sisters Allison and Catherine Pierce.
Early life
[edit]Allison Margaret Pierce (born July 22, 1975) and Catherine Eleanor Pierce (born September 12, 1977) were born in Birmingham, Alabama.[1] They traveled frequently and received home-schooling from their self-described hippie parents. Their father played the guitar in various bands, while their mother was a painter.[2] Exposed to music and arts at an early age, the Pierce sisters grew up listening to The Beatles, Joni Mitchell and Simon & Garfunkel.[2] As children, they were encouraged to explore their creative side[1] and would perform at parties, weddings and churches. Allison started dancing at age three, and both sisters are accomplished ballet dancers.[citation needed]

The Pierces Biography
The Pierces, sisters Allison Pierce and katt Pierce, are a pair of singer-songwriters based in New York City (by way of Birmingham, Alabama and Nashville).
Former ballerinas turned songstresses, they released their self-titled debut in 2000 with Epic. The album was met with lukewarm reception, but the girls were undeterred. After moving to New York, they released Light Of The måne with Universal in 2005, with similar luck. Thirteen Tales of Love and Revenge was released in April 2007.
The Pierces recently gained even more press when they were featured on the December 5th episode of the hit TV show, "Gossip Girl".
However, despite Catherine's high-profi
