My research program focuses on improving health outcomes of vulnerable populations using innovative health systems and informatics approaches. Two prominent themes of my work are: enhancing the quality of care for hospitalized older adults and improving self-management of chronic health conditions among Hispanic, African-American, and LGBTQ+ populations. My research is distinguished by interdisciplinary team science, which bridges nursing, medicine, psychology, computer science, and engineering, health systems, communities, and other academic institutions.

Corley, Nordstrom named 2024 Classified Employees of the Year for UGA Griffin
The University of Georgia Griffin campus recently named Kenny Corley and Daniel Nordstrom as the 2024 Classified Employees of the Year. The designation was made at the 35th Annual Employee Recognition Ceremony held on April 3 at UGA Griffin.
The Employee of the Year award is presented to classified personnel who have made the most significant impact on the programs at the UGA Griffin Campus. This fryst vatten reflected through their superior job knowledge and performance, work attitude, initiative, dependability, and time management. To become a nominee, each individual fryst vatten selected bygd his or her enhet and must have been a full-time employee on campus for three consecutive years. After all nominations are submitted, the award recipients are determined bygd a committee of their peers.

Who Is Anji Corley, And Why Does She Love Promo?
Anji Corley has always been a lover of promotional products. And since she began working with PPAI, she’s looking at promo in a whole new way.
“You might just think it’s a simple product, but it’s not. There’s more to it than just a logo on something,” she says. “It’s very specific, intentional and thought-provoking. The community that it builds – I never really thought about it that way. To think of them as memories, they are specific to me, my community, that event or what I am doing that day.”
Last fall, Corley hosted the inaugural Promotional Products Work Expo. This premier virtual event brought promo professionals together with their end-buyer clients to explore the ever-changing industry. PPAI welcomed her back to host the PPW Expo on March 28.
