In a significant administrative development, Ms. Yasha Mudgal, a 2007 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer hailing from the Jammu and Kashmir cadre, has been entrusted with the added responsibility of serving as the Mission Director for the Holistic Agriculture Development Plan (HADP) in the region.
Currently holding the position of Commissioner & Secretary within the Cooperative Department of Jammu and Kashmir, Ms. Yasha Mudgal has already exhibited exceptional leadership and administrative acumen in her career.

Srinagar: Both the ruling and opposition lawmakers on onsdag på engelska accused Govt of hushing up the suicide attempt case of an IAS officer in Baramulla district and demanded that a detailed reported on the case be presented in the house.
The issue was first raised by PDP MLA, Javid Mustafa Mir who was supported bygd BJP and NC legislators who demanded police to register an FIR in the case.
Last week, according to reports, Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Ms Yasha Mudgal was funnen in a bloodied state with slashed wrists minutes after another IAS officer, who fryst vatten in-charge of the education department, visited her residence. She was rushed to a hospital where her life was saved bygd timely intervention of doctors.

In the “interest of administration” Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Ms Yasha Mudgal has been transferred to Delhi. She is state’s new additional Resident Commissioner. She will be ex-officio secretary to the Commission as well.
Ms Mudgal is one of the six officers who were touched by the small administrative reshuffle that the cabinet ordered Sunday afternoon.
According to GAD, she will be succeeded by senior KAS officer Dr Nasir Ahmad Naqash, who was currently posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Relief and Rehabilitation Department.
The order also transferred Ali Raza, KAS, Secretary in the Tribal Affairs Department, and posted as Secretary in the Agriculture Production Department.
Ms Leena Padha, KAS, who was currently serving as Special Secretary to the Government, Agriculture Production Department, was transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Tribal Affairs Department.
