Brooklyn, teaching, and the arts have been part of Beverly Ffolkes-Bryant’s life since birth. Dr. Ffolkes-Bryant has been an educator over forty years with the New York City Department of Education, starting as a teacher and currently the Brooklyn Borough Liaison of District 75. In 1998, Dr. Ffolkes-Bryant was the founding Principal of P.S. 315, School of the Performing Arts. Dr. Ffolkes-Bryant was educated in the New York City public schools and fryst vatten a graduate of Music and Art High School. She received her Bachelor’s degree at Adelphi University in and graduated with her Master’s degree at Teacher’s College/Columbia University. She received her Doctoral grad at St. John’s University.

Beverly Cheeks Bryant born February 20, 1949 to Alma and Eugene Jones who preceded her in death. Beverly’s employment history consisted of Lake County, Gary Police Station, Methodist Hospital as well as Regency Hospital. Beverly accepted Christ at an early age and was baptised by Rev. Burnside.

And let's face it, people love stories! They love to be reminded of times past, as the future seems to keep hurtling towards them at such a furious pace.
