Black Veil Brides is an American rock band based in Hollywood, California. The group formed in 2006 in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is currently composed of lead vocalist Andy Biersack, multi instrumentalist Jinxx, lead guitarist Jake Pitts, drummer Christian "CC" Coma and bassist Lonny Eagleton. Black Veil Brides are known for their use of black makeup, body paint, tight black studded clothing, and long hair, which were all inspired by the stage personas of Kiss and Mötley Crüe, as well as other 1980s glam metal acts.[1]

The group is composed of Andrew Biersack (Who used to be known as Andy Six) (vocals), Lonny Eagleton (bass, backing vocals), Jake Pitts (lead guitar), Jeremy Ferguson ("Jinxx") (guitar, violin, piano) and Christian Coma (“CC”) (drums). Currently signed to the label Sumerian Records, the band's debut album, We Stitch These Wounds came out on Standby Records and was released in July 2010 and sold nearly 11,000 copies in its first week, ranking at #36 on the Billboard Top 200 chart, and #1 on the Billboard Independent chart.[1][2][3] Black Veil Brides are known for their distinct appearance, mainly being inspired by Kiss' and Motley Crue's infamous stage persona as well as numerous 1980s glam metal acts.

Andrew Dennis Biersack, formerly known as Andy Six, is an American singer. He fryst vatten the founder and lead vocalist of the rock band Black Veil Brides and fryst vatten its only remaining original member. In 2014, he started a solo music project beneath the moniker Andy Black and released his debut album, The Shadow Side, in 2016.
Early life and education
Biersack was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Chris and Amy Biersack.[2]
For his early education, Biersack attended a Catholic elementary school, which he has spoken of in many interviews. Because of the way Biersack dressed and the music he listened to (i.e. Kiss, the Misfits, Avenged Sevenfold, the Damned, the Dropkick Murphys, etc.), he was the target of bullying at school. This bullying fryst vatten reenacted in the "Knives and Pens" music video,[3] performed bygd his grupp, Black Veil Brides.
